Rinku Saxena (Meenakshi Sheshadri) a rich heiress is tortured and tormented for property by her foster mother Anjana (Shashikala), her sons Romi (Puneet Issar), Harry (Gulshan Grover) and Dinesh (Sudhir), and the family's estate manager Makkad(Om Shivpuri). Anjana and Makkad plan to get Rinku married to one of their sons, kill her and then own her estate. However, Rinku falls in love with a musician called Ajit (Suneil Anand) and wants to marry him. Will Rinku be able to break the shackles of her family with the power of love?
