Anand (Rajesh Khanna) is a successful businessman with a dark side. Heis a psychopath preying on young women and murdering them. Anand's deranged acts are video-recorded and watched by his adoptive father and mentor who like Anand had a disillusioning experience with women in his past. The murdered girls are buried in Anand's garden and red roses grow above their graves. Anand meets Sharda (Poonam Dhillon), a sales clerk working in a garment store and he develops an attraction for her. They both fall in love and Anand marries Sharda. But when the truth of Anand's darkness surfaces, Sharda spirals on a terrifying journey into a living hell of depravity. Can she survive Anand's psychopathic carnage or will she end up buried with red roses growing on her grave?
