It is a story of old parents Ashok Kumar & Nirupa Roy who work day and night to educate their son Kishore m a doctor. But unfortuantely he has other plans of making quick money. He marries Late (Bindu) who is very rich unkowingly. They give birth to a son named Ravi who is completely opposite to his father and realises what his father has done.
