Synopsis: Top to bottom everyone is corrupt. The police force, the politicians, everyone. The movie is also about the same thing. The head of the security force Kartik is a very honest, trustworthy and a hardworking man. He came across a Police Officer who was a corrupt one and had helped the terrorist run from jail. Then he also helped a female whose daughter was killed by the son of the governor in the meantime the governor gained confidence of Kartik and gave him a post of his Personal Security Guard. Is the governor an honest and trustworthy Public Servant?
