Dare devil Police officer, Ajay Shastri (Mithun Chakraborty) gets transferred to Jagannathpur which is under the autocratic rule of Acharya (Gulshan Grover). Acharya is a corrupt MLA and the son-in-law of the regions Thakur. Ajay starts his mission to enforce law and order which results in conflict with Acharya. Ajay is in love with Anu (Mink Singh), the youngest daughter of Thakur. Things take a violent turn when the Thakur's son, Anand (Hemant Birje) rapes Ajay sister Jaanki and then murders her. Acharya takes advantage of the situation and promises to save Anand from the Police and in return he wants to marry Anu. A furious Ajay swears to decimate everyone responsible for his sister's death and end the tyranny of Acharya. How much blood will Ajay shed to exact revenge?
