Gullu Dada Thiree is a feel good movie with typical Hyderabadi dialogues and with fresh and witty performances. Gullu Dada is a social worker who tries to solve the problems of people who come to him for help. One day, a young girl named Reshma, who is forcibly betrothed to the brother of a local don, Tabrez Alam, comes to Gullu Dada for help. Gulla Dada falls for Reshma and decides to help her. The rest of the story revolves around how Gullu Dada and his gang of misfits try to help Reshma.
