Two brothers, Suraj (Govinda) and Deepak (Aditya Pancholi), the pride of their village, leave for the city and enrol themselves in the police force. Suraj becomes a Constable while Deepak is given a Traffic police duty. The city is under the control of a notorious criminal, Khanna (Shakti Kapoor) and no one dares to oppose him. The two brothers challenge Khanna's authority, but through his vile machinations, the brothers become arch rivals. Will the two brothers unite to battle the wicked and escalate to supremacy?
